固定修复是牙列缺损的常规修复方法,用以恢复缺失牙的形态和功能,具有舒适、美观等特点,易被患者接受。在冠、桥固定修复过程中,采用部分冠、修复体边缘位于龈上的修复体,可避免接触牙龈,还可少磨除牙体组织,而且边缘位于自洁区,符合生理要求,但美观效果差。采用修复体边缘位于龈下尽管牙体预备量较多,但可获得足够的固位及良好的美观效果。因此被广泛应用于临床。本文介绍在固定修复过程中采用排龈线及暂时冠,以减少对牙周组织的损伤,制取清晰的印模,获得良好的边缘适合性及最佳的牙龈美学效果。
