乳磨牙慢性根尖周炎是临床上的常见病和多发病。根据乳磨牙解剖生理特点,一般患病后病程长,治愈难度大,又不适宜作常规的根管和塑化治疗。而本文选择乳磨牙根尖周炎或伴瘘管型40例用碘灭糊剂作根管充填。其中38例有效,2例失败。由此可见碘灭糊剂是一种有效而理想的根管充填材料。材料与方法本组共收治40例。男22例,女18例。年龄7～11岁。牙位:上下颌第一乳磨牙19例,第二乳磨牙21例。
Rudimentary chronic periapical periodontitis is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease. According to the anatomical and physiological characteristics of primary molars, the general duration of the illness, the cure is difficult, but not suitable for conventional root canal and plasticization treatment. In this paper, 40 cases of periapical periodontitis or fistula were treated with iodine elimination paste for root canal filling. Of these, 38 were effective and 2 failed. This shows that iodine paste is an effective and ideal root canal filling material. Materials and Methods The group received a total of 40 cases. There were 22 males and 18 females. Age 7 to 11 years old. Tooth position: 19 cases of maxillary first molars, 21 cases of second molars.
