本文对34名学习困难儿童,32名多动症儿童的脑电进行定量分析,并与26名学习优秀儿童比较,发现前两组儿童脑电图异常率明显高于后组,既往有害因素与脑电图异常有显著关系。正常对照组额区δ、θ功率明显低于学习困难及多动症组,枕区各频段脑电功率则高于这两组,提示学习困难组及多动症组儿童的障碍有生物学基础,另外还发现母孕期及婴幼儿期各种有害因素对儿童脑电的发育亦有显著影响。
