阐述了旋流器给矿浓度对溢流产品粒度分布的影响。通过工业试验,研究和分析了旋流器给矿浓度对分级效率、返沙比、分级产品中合格粒级和过粉碎粒级含量的相互关系。当旋流器给矿浓度为44.5%时,能获得分级效果最好、产品质量最佳的最终产品。该产品符合罗逊-莱蒙勒尔方程,是关于旋流器给矿浓度的函数。根据该分布函数可以预测任何旋流器给矿浓度下分级产品的粒度分布结果,对于工业生产具有重要指导意义。
The influence of the feed concentration of hydrocyclone on the particle size distribution of overflow product is expounded. Through industrial experiments, the correlation between the cyclone feed concentration and the classification efficiency, the sand return ratio, the qualified grain size and the over-crushed grain grade content of the classified products were studied and analyzed. When the hydrocyclone concentration is 44.5%, the final product with the best grading performance and the best product quality can be obtained. The product complies with the Lawson-Lemmerreier equation and is a function of the concentration of cyclones fed to the mine. According to the distribution function, it can predict the particle size distribution of any classified product under any concentration of cyclones, which is of great guiding significance for industrial production.
