我们从1989年12月～1990年7月,在妇产科盆腔B超检查之前,使用速尿静脉注射能快速使膀胱充盈,本院共行2500例,现报告如下: 临床资料本组共2500例,最小年龄18岁,最大年龄54岁,平均年龄36岁。对象:非昏迷、休克等危重病人。妇科检查1450例,占58％,产科检查1050例,占42％。用药方法:在B超检查前,给予速尿20mg,25％葡萄糖40ml静脉注射,用药后自行活动。
