军人保障卡应用基础在于推广,重难点在管理。在上级高度重视和科学统筹下,基层单位军人保障卡的推广得到了很好的实施,但具体的深化应用还有很多工作要完成。本文针对军人保障卡系统运行过程中发现的问题,从健全应用机制、设立管理制度、提高技术保障三方面出发,提出了军人保障卡深化应用过程中解决相关问题的对策,为军人保障卡拓展应用建设提供参考。
Military security card application is based on promotion, heavy difficulty in the management. Under the high priority and scientific co-ordination of higher levels, the promotion of military security card for grassroots units has been well implemented, but there is still much work to be done to further deepen the application. In this paper, aiming at the problems found in the operation of military security card system, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the related problems in the process of deepening the application of military security card from the aspects of improving the application mechanism, setting up the management system and improving the technical support.
