温政办[2011]129号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》和《中华人民共和国文物保护法实施条例》有关规定,现公布第六批18处市级文物保护单位的保护范围和建设控制地带。请各地、各有关单位严格按照文物保护法律、法规的要求,切实做好文物保护单位的保护管理工作。附件:第六批市级文物保护单位保护范围和建设控制地带二○一一年九月十六日
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics” and the “Regulations for the Implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics,” all units directly under the CPC (city, district) People’s Government and municipal government at No. 129, Approved 18 municipal cultural relics protection units to protect the scope and construction control zone. All localities and all relevant units should conscientiously do a good job in the protection and management of cultural relics protection units in strict accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations on the protection of cultural relics.
