分别给小鼠i.p.人参茎叶皂甙(SSLG)30~100mg/kg,连续3~10天,可减少小鼠在跳台法中错误反应次数,在食物迷宫法中,可减少小鼠行走方向错误并缩短寻找到食物的时间。增加小鼠脑内去甲基肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)的含量,减少5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量。减少B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)的活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)水平。结果提示人参茎叶皂甙具有一定的增强记忆、延缓衰老的作用。
