Honghang Xincheng is located on the both sides of Chenghe Road in the West District of Changle County. It covers an area of more than 100 acres and was formerly cultivated land. The natural ground elevation (Yellow Sea) is about 2.5 meters, and the designed ground elevation is 4.7 meters. The initial filling thickness is about 1 meter. (ie, the elevation of the construction ground after filling is about 3.5 meters). The commercial housing was developed by Fujian Hongli Engineering Co., Ltd.
