人力资本作为企业核心竞争力,其企业外的流动必然带来用人风险,如何规避用人风险成为今天市场经济条件下每个企业共同关注的焦点问题。本文通过对人力资本流动必然性分析,详细阐述了在人力资本流动下企业用人风险之所在,进而提出了:实现个人信用档案管理变革是规避人力资本流动下企业用人风险的重要条件。
Human capital as the core competitiveness of enterprises, the flow of their businesses will inevitably bring about the risk of employing people, how to avoid employing risks become the focus of every business under the conditions of market economy today. Based on the analysis of the inevitability of human capital flow, this paper elaborates on the risk of employing human resources under the flow of human capital, and then puts forward that realizing the reform of personal credit file management is an important condition to avoid the risk of employing human resources under the flow of human capital.
