本文对16例大白鼠鼻咽部中间型上皮(过渡上皮)进行了电镜观察。观察表明中间型上皮的基本特征是细胞胞质内含有发育良好的管泡状系统和较丰富的张力微丝(束)。这种上皮有别于鳞状化生上皮,是一种成熟的且终生存在的上皮,其超微结构介于复层鳞状上皮与假复层纤毛柱状上皮之间的一种中间型上皮。
In this paper, 16 cases of rat nasopharyngeal middle epithelium (transitional epithelium) were observed by electron microscopy. Observation shows that the basic characteristics of the middle epithelium is that the cytoplasm of the cell contains a well-developed vesicular system and a more abundant tense filaments (bundles). This epithelium is distinct from squamous metaplasia and is a mature and lifelong epithelium with an ultrastructure intermediate to an intermediate epithelium between stratified squamous epithelium and pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium.
