技术标准的路径依赖和路径突破对产业技术轨道演化和产业结构升级产生重要作用。本文从产业创新体系的技术性、经济性、社会性三个方面分析技术标准路径演化驱动因素,提出技术标准路径演化的TES作用机制理论。分析产业创新网络结构嵌入性影响技术标准的路径依赖和路径突破的TES作用机制。采用时间序列分析法和误差修正模型对产业创新网络结构嵌入性与技术标准的路径依赖和路径突破的相关性进行实证研究。研究结果表明产业创新网络的网络密度增强产业创新体系中技术性、经济性、社会性自我强化机制,与技术标准的路径依赖正相关;产业创新网络的网络规模和小世界性增强产业创新体系中的技术性、经济性、社会性失衡与变异,与技术标准的路径突破正相关。
The path dependence and path breakthrough of technical standards play an important role in the evolution of industrial technology and the upgrading of industrial structure. This paper analyzes the driving forces behind the evolution of technical standards from the technical, economic and social aspects of the industrial innovation system and puts forward the theory of TES mechanism of the evolution of technical standards. This paper analyzes the TES mechanism of path dependence and path breakthrough that affect the technical standards embedded in industrial innovation networks. Using time series analysis and error correction model, this paper conducts an empirical research on the relationship between industrial innovation network structure embedding and technical standards path dependence and path breakthrough. The results show that the network density of industrial innovation network enhances the technical, economic and social self-reinforcing mechanism in industrial innovation system, which is positively correlated with the path dependence of technical standards. The network scale of industrial innovation network and the small-world enhancement of industrial innovation system Technical, economic, social imbalances and variations are positively related to the breakthrough of technical standards.
