对细石混凝土刚性防水屋面变形缝的处理,在有关图集中,多数用“油膏嵌缝”、“一布二油盖缝”的作法。但嵌缝油膏价格较贵,且有的质量也难以保证,以致在夏季炎热地区当气温还未达到年最高温度时,嵌缝油膏就流淌或时间稍长就老化开裂,从而引起屋面渗漏,导致防水失败。笔者通过多年的施工实践,总结出了几点对刚性防
For the treatment of deformable joints of rigid concrete waterproof roofs, most of them use “oil paste caulking” and “one cloth and two oil joints”. However, the price of caulking grease is relatively expensive, and some quality is difficult to guarantee, so that when the temperature does not reach the annual maximum temperature in hot regions in summer, caulking ointment will flow or decay for a long time, causing roof leakage. Leakage, resulting in waterproof failure. Through years of construction practice, the author summarizes several points of rigid prevention.
