本文报道了同种内DNA导入获得变异后代的试验结果,其变异率和变异性状与不同种间的导入结果相似,所不同的是后代稳定的比较快,D3代即稳定;从细胞结构观察:变异新品系的结构既有供体的结构特征,又有受体的结构特征,但多数为供体的特征,这与田间性状表现相吻合。
In this paper, we report the experimental results of inbreeding of the same species of DNA to obtain the mutant offspring. The variation rate and variation trait are similar to that of the different species. The difference is that the offspring are stable and fast, and the D3 generation is stable. From the cell structure observation, The structure of the new mutant line has both the structural characteristics of the donor and the structural characteristics of the recipient, but most of the characteristics of the donor are consistent with the performance of the field.
