采用种子乳液聚合制备了丙苯核(PBA)壳(Pst)乳胶。讨论了单体、乳化剂、引发剂对该乳胶性能的影响。组成比st/BA≤1的丙苯核壳乳胶有比其共聚乳胶低的成膜温度、好的抗粘连性和高的强度。丙苯核壳乳胶有两个分别靠近核、壳聚合物的Tg,两条不重合的加酸于核和加酸于壳的酸度或电位滴定曲线。
PBA emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of monomer, emulsifier and initiator on the properties of the latex were discussed. Propylene oxide core-shell latexes with a st / BA ratio of 1 have a lower film-forming temperature, better blocking resistance and higher strength than their latexes. Propylbenzene core-shell latex has two respectively close to the core, shell polymer Tg, two do not coincide with acid and nucleate plus acid in the shell acidity or potentiometric titration curve.
