论述了安钢第一轧钢厂Φ300mm棒材机组卸钢装置改造的情况,分析了原设备存在的问题,从方案的可行性分析着手,重点对实施过程中存在主要难题进行了分析和解决,同时介绍了改造后的设备技术特点和取得的效果。
The transformation of the unloading device of Φ300mm bar unit in Angang No.1 rolling mill was discussed. The existing problems in the original equipment were analyzed. Starting from the feasibility analysis of the project, the main problems existed in the implementation were analyzed and resolved. At the same time, The technical characteristics and achievements of the transformed equipment are introduced.
