对参连方中醇提部分工艺进行优选。在以致豚鼠心律失常时哇巴因的消耗量为药效指标,考察全方水提,全方水提醇沉,党参等水提醇沉,丹参等醇提和党参等水提、丹参等醇提4种不同提取工艺路线的基础上,采用L9(34)正交表进行正交实验,以不同实验方案的出膏率及丹酚酸B、丹参酮Ⅱ_A、小檗碱3种指标成分的含量为评价指标,研究乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素对醇提部分提取工艺的影响,应用综合评分法优选最佳提取工艺,并进行工艺验证试验。所得最佳提取工艺为加入60%乙醇共提取2次,分别加入10,9倍量、提取2.0 h,丹酚酸B、丹参酮Ⅱ_A、小檗碱提取量分别为42.01,0.41,40.15 mg·g~(-1)。优选的工艺稳定、可行,可为参连颗粒的工业化生产提供依据。
