人们常说,生命在于运动,谈健康离不开运动。不少人包括我自己过去认为运动量越大,出汗越多,运动后腰酸腿疼越明显,越过瘾,运动的效果越好。实际不然。我们应强调健康来源于科学的运动,并不是什么样的运动方式都有利于健康。百米赛跑、举重等时间短、强度大、需要爆发力的竞争性体育比赛项目为“无氧代谢运动”,即机体主要以无氧代的运动。即运动中需要增加氧的供给,而机体又可满足这一需求,因而实现了氧气的供与需的平衡。这类运动方式包括跑步、步行、骑自行车、游泳、跳绳、扭秧歌、跳健身舞、滑雪等运动时间较长的耐力性运动,它不仅有益于躯体健康,也有益于心理健康的发展,因而是科学的通向全面身心健康之路。 有氧代谢运动的核心概念是平衡。平衡是健康之本。这包括机体动与静的平衡、心理上紧张与松弛的平衡,、以及新陈代谢的平衡。 美国是开展有执代谢运动最早、最广泛的国家。1968年仅24%的美国成年人参加跑步运动,1984年增加到59%。同期美国心肌樱塞死亡率下降37%,脑碎死死亡率下降50%,离血压死亡率下降60%,人均寿命由70岁增至75岁。 希望通过这个栏目的介绍,使更多的人今加有氛代谢运动,以促进全面的身心健康。
