今年7月9日,《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)正式颁布。近来,人们对这一条例的主要内容、基本精神、重要意义等进行了广泛的学习和讨论。近日,《人民论坛》特邀吴江教授和王克良副司长两位干部人事问题专家,就《条例》的颁布、实施发表见解。会上,记者与两位专家就此问题进行了对话、交流。现将讨论的部分内容摘编如下。两位专家独到的见解,对大家学习贯彻《条例》一定会有所裨益。
On July 9 this year, the “Regulations on the Appointment and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres” (the “Regulations”) were promulgated. Recently, people have extensively studied and discussed the main contents, basic spirits, and important significance of this ordinance. Recently, the “People’s Forum” invited Professor Wu Jiang and Deputy Director Wang Keliang to invite two experts on cadre personnel issues to express their views on the promulgation and implementation of the “Regulations.” At the meeting, the reporter and two experts conducted a dialogue and exchange on this issue. Some of the sections that will be discussed are summarized below. The unique insights of the two experts will certainly benefit us in studying and implementing the “Regulations.”
