煤矿关闭期是煤矿生命周期中重要的部分。煤矿关闭活动贯穿于煤矿生产之中,两者是相互影响、相互作用的。关闭期中人员组织结构的变动都会对安全生产带来巨大的影响。分析了工人数量变动对处于关闭期的煤矿安全风险问题的影响,提出应当严格科学的制定周详的关闭计划,从而同时保证关闭与安全生产同时顺利的进行,最后给出了建议性的结论。
