本文通过对黄河内蒙段1993年春凌汛灾害情况的介绍和分析,阐述了黄河内蒙段的特点及存在的问题,并就防治凌汛灾害的措施进行探讨。
Based on the introduction and analysis of Inner Mongolia flood season in Inner Mongolia in 1993, this paper expounds the characteristics and existing problems of Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River, and discusses the measures to prevent and control ice flood disaster.
