在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中,细胞的增殖与凋亡失衡起到了十分重要的作用。P27及AIF都能促进细胞凋亡,其在细胞内表达的高低及表达的位置不同都与结直肠癌的发生发展有密切的关系。本文就P27及AIF与肿瘤的发生关系、在肿瘤中表达的情况及其对细胞凋亡的调控研究现状等方面进行综述,并探讨存在的问题及可能的对策。
In the occurrence and development of the tumor, cell proliferation and apoptosis imbalance play an important role. P27 and AIF can promote apoptosis. The expression of P27 and AIF in cells are closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. This article reviews the relationship between P27, AIF and tumor, the expression in tumor and the current research on the regulation of apoptosis, and discusses the existing problems and possible countermeasures.
