参考咨询是高校图书馆工作的重要组成部分,数字化环境下对参考咨询馆员的综合业务能力和信息素质提出了更高要求。本文分析了数字化环境下参考咨询馆员应具备的素质和能力,提出了培养和提高参考咨询馆员素质及能力的途径。
Reference and consultation is an important part of the work of university libraries. Under the digital environment, higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive service ability and information quality of reference librarians. This article analyzes the qualities and abilities of reference librarians in the digital environment and puts forward ways to cultivate and improve the quality and ability of reference librarians.
