The paper introduces the design of the torque loading system of stepping motor for liquid oxygen / kerosene engine, describes the structure and the hardware and software design scheme of the motor torque loading system with the magnetic powder brake as the loading core, and focuses on the fuzzy PI control algorithm of the torque loading system , The PI control parameters were fuzzified and defuzzified, fuzzy inference rules were formulated, dynamic adjustment of PI control parameters of torque loading system was realized, and loading accuracy of stepping motor torque loading system was improved. The practical application proves that the developed motor torque loading system realizes the simulation loading and the motor parameter measurement of the motor of liquid oxygen / kerosene engine and meets the testing requirements of the motor.
