目的了解南宁市冷却水嗜肺军团菌污染情况及基因型特征,为预防和控制军团菌病提供依据。方法 2009年1月-2012年12月,采集南宁市部分公共场所中央空调冷却水进行病原分离和基因鉴定。结果冷却水中嗜肺军团菌阳性率达21.98%,阳性率呈逐年递减趋势;除1-4月外,各月份均有嗜肺军团菌检出;脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)聚类分析结果显示南宁市嗜肺军团菌1型(Lp1)的遗传相似度差异有统计学意义。结论南宁市公共场所中央空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌污染严重,菌型多样,且嗜肺军团菌1型菌株呈现遗传多样性。
Objective To understand the contamination and genotype characteristics of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water in Nanning and provide evidence for the prevention and control of Legionnaires’ disease. Methods From January 2009 to December 2012, central air-conditioning cooling water was collected from some public places in Nanning for pathogen isolation and genetic identification. Results The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 21.98%, and the positive rate showed a declining trend year by year. Legionella pneumophila was detected in all months except from January to April. The result of cluster analysis by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) The genetic similarity of Legionella pneumophila type 1 (Lp1) in Nanning City was statistically significant. Conclusion Nanning City, central air-conditioning cooling water Legionella pneumophila polluting bacteria, bacterial diversity, and Legionella pneumophila type 1 strains showed genetic diversity.
