采用静态挂片和动电位扫描方法,研究了18-8不锈钢在油田模拟水、聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液、碳酸钠(Na2CO3)溶液、HPAM+Na2CO3溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:18-8不锈钢在四种介质中均可产生点蚀,其中在HPAM溶液中18-8不锈钢点蚀倾向最大,在含Na2CO3介质中其点蚀倾向降低。在实际应用中应重视18-8不锈钢的点饱问题,采取措施抑制其点蚀的发生与发展,以延长设备的使用寿命。
The corrosion behavior of 18-8 stainless steel in simulated water, polyacrylamide (HPAM) solution, sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) solution and HPAM + Na2CO3 solution was studied by static coupons and potentiodynamic scanning. The results show that 18-8 stainless steel can produce pitting corrosion in all four media, among which the pitting corrosion tendency of 18-8 stainless steel is the highest in HPAM solution, and the pitting corrosion tendency is lower in Na2CO3 media. In practical applications should pay attention to 18-8 stainless steel point full of problems, to take measures to suppress the occurrence and development of pitting corrosion in order to extend the service life of equipment.
