在石化装置的大型设备吊装中,抱杆乃是一种常用的安全方便、行之有效的工具、抱杆每节之间的联接方式较多,常见的有法兰联接、插入联接、铰轴联接和大平面螺栓联接等。抱杆每节之间的联接质量,直接影响其整体承载状态。为保证抱杆联接质量,对其联接端面进行精加工是必要的。我公司曾为自制的200t 抱杆的联接端面加工,设计了一套简易的装置,效果较好,对一般施工单位也是可行的。一、200t 抱杆简介我公司自行设计、制造的一对200t 抱杆,总高59m,每根由七节组成。中间五节的断面为1.6×1.6(m),四根主角钢为∠200×20(mm),其余角钢为∠120×12(mm).每节两端采用大平面螺栓联接,联接板厚30mm,所有材料为16Mn,联接板有φ32mm 孔72个,以使用72套 M30螺栓将每节抱杆联接起来(见图1)。
