目的分析2005-2014年武汉市血吸虫病疫情变化趋势。方法对2005-2014年武汉市13个疫区血吸虫病疫情年报资料进行整理分析,描述血吸虫病疫情和流行趋势。结果 2014年血吸虫推算病人数为1 514人,较2005年(12 769人)下降88.14%;急感人数自2008年后保持为0;人群感染率为0.12%,较2005年(2.96%)下降95.95%;耕牛存栏数1.7万头,较2005年(4.33万头)减少60.74%;耕牛感染率为0.01%,较2005年(1.68%)下降99.40%;实有钉螺面积12 791.33万平方米,比2005年减少760.8万平方米。结论武汉市血吸虫病疫情总体呈下降趋势,但近几年下降幅度偏缓,呈现“平台期”。
Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of schistosomiasis in Wuhan from 2005 to 2014. Methods The data of annual epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in 13 endemic areas in 2005-2014 in Wuhan were analyzed and classified to describe the epidemic situation and epidemic trend of schistosomiasis. Results The estimated number of schistosomiasis patients was 1 514 in 2014, down 88.14% from 2005 (12 769); the number of people with acute illness remained at 0 since 2008; the infection rate was 0.12%, down from 2.96% in 2005 95.95%; cattle population 17000, compared with (43300) in 2005 decreased 60.74%; cattle infection rate was 0.01%, compared with 2005 (1.68%) down 99.40%; the actual snail area of 127.9133 million square Meters, 7.668 million square meters less than in 2005. Conclusions The overall epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in Wuhan shows a downward trend, but the decline rate is slow in recent years, presenting a “platform period”.
