“以人为本,能力为先”的理念是提倡尊重人的个人主体性,发挥其自身能力为先,从而内在的提高自身素质。目前我国高职教育起步较晚,规模增长较快,无论是硬件条件、办学理念、管理模式,还是教学内容、教学方法、教学效果等都存在着这样那样的问题;也没有现成的辅导员管理模式,辅导员和班主任的工作职责含混不清。如何解决好这些问题是当务之急,也是高职院校教育成败的关键所在。把“以人为本,能力为先”的理念引入到目前的高职院校学生管理中去将为我们提供一个崭新的思路。
“People-oriented, ability first” philosophy is to promote respect for the individual’s subjectivity, to play its own ability as the first, and thus inherently improve their own quality. At present, the higher vocational education in our country started relatively late, and its scale grew rapidly. No matter it is the hardware condition, the concept of running a school, the mode of management, or the content of teaching, teaching methods, teaching effects, etc., there are such problems; Model, coach and class teacher job responsibilities ambiguous. How to solve these problems is the top priority, but also the key to the success or failure of higher vocational education. To “people-oriented, ability first” concept introduced to the current management of students in vocational colleges will provide us with a new idea.
