聚氨清漆中的主要原料甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)是车间劳动卫生监测项目之一,目前国内外多采用比色法测定,但方法灵敏度较低,不能满足PPb级浓度的分析,且使用了剧毒物质萘乙二胺。本文发现TDI水解产物与萘乙二胺的生成物具有极谱活性,当选用8-羟基喹啉作偶合剂后,在波峰电位-0.62V(vc.S.C.E.)处有一非常灵敏吸附波。对水解酸度、水解液用量、氨基磺酸铵及8-羟基喹啉用量等试验条件探讨,提出了一种新的测定方法。其灵敏度较比色法高10倍,检出下限为0.25μg/10ml;TDI浓度在0.25~10μg/ml之间有良好的线性关系;重现性好,合并变异系数为4.3%;平均回收率98.3%,同比色
