安全生产事关人民群众的生命财产安全和社会稳定。随着经济建设的飞速发展、基本建设规模日趋扩大,建筑施工活动愈加频繁。建设工程由于其立体、露天、高空、流动、交叉作业、工种多、工序复杂、工期长,作业环境差、人员素质变化大等因素,导致易发生生产安全事故,造成人员伤亡,为高危行业,每年发生的生产安全事故仅次于交通、煤矿和非煤矿山。
Safe production is related to the life and property safety and social stability of the people. With the rapid development of economic construction, the scale of capital construction is expanding day by day, and construction activities are becoming more frequent. Construction projects are prone to production safety accidents and casualties due to the factors of the three-dimensional, open-air, high-altitude, mobile, cross-over operations, complex types of work processes, complex construction, long construction period, poor operating environment and large changes in the quality of personnel. Annual production safety accidents occur second only to transportation, coal mines and non-coal mines.
