我院对外伤性晶体脱位患者进行晶体切除术48例48只眼,其中,晶体半脱位29例,全脱位19例.41例采用三通道睫状体平坦部巩膜入口,7例取角膜缘入口,19例Ⅰ期植入人工晶体.术前视力在光感~0.1之间.出院视力0.1及其以上者32例(66.67％),其中≥0.3者19例(39.58％).手术并发症有前房和玻璃体出血5例,锯齿缘离断1例.同时还讨论了该术式的适应证、优点、手术体会和注意事项“,”Lentectomy was performed on 48 cases (48 eyes) with the traumatic dislocation of lens,29 of which were subluxation and 19 cases were luxation Lentectomy was performed through three pars plana incisions in 41 cases and 7 cases through limbus incision Primary intraocular lens implantation was performed on 19 cases Preoperative visual acuity was light perception to 0 1 When discharged from the hospital,32 cases (66 67%)had visual acuity of 0 ...
