目的:探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜手术后伴发眼底改变的性质.方法:通过对PRK术和LASIK术后发生眼底改变的病例进行随诊观察.结果:PRK术后3/6834(0.04％)发生黄斑部视网膜下出血,2/6834(0.03％)发生孔源性视网膜脱离;LASIK术后8/843(0.95％)发生眼底出血,1/843(0.12％)发生孔源性视网膜脱离.16只眼中,11只眼发生眼底改变的时间均在术后1~2个月间.结论:目前尚难以作出此为手术的并发症的肯定或否定的回答,有待更多的资料方能明确.准分子激光屈光性角膜手术后对眼底可能发生的改变予以足够的重视是十分重要的“,”To evaluate changes of fundus after excimer laser refractive corneal surgery,all the patients? fundi were followed up after operation.Macular subretinal hemorrhage was found in 3 of 6834 eyes(0.04%)and the rhegmatogenous detachment of retina in 2 of 6834 eyes (0.03%) after PRK;they were 8/843 eyes (0.95%) and 1/843 eyes (0.12%) after LASIK,respectively.11 of 16 eye fundus changes occurred at one to two months after operation.According to the...
