近年来,对环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)进行了大量的研究,证实cGMP与肾脏有一定关系。给予外源性cGMP可提高GFR,且GFR的提高与cGMP的剂量密切相关,肾小球局部环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)/cGMP的浓度变化调节着肾小球毛细血管的通透性,当cGMP/cAMP的比值升高时,肾小球滤过功能增强。为此,我们研究了慢性肾功能衰竭患者不同肾功能阶段血中及尿中cGMP水平及其与肾功能及心钠素的关系,以探索在肾脏病理状态下cGMP的变化。材料及方法病例:随机选择1991.5~1992.2住院的慢性肾脏病人73例,其中:肾功能正常8例,慢性肾功能衰竭65例,男44例,女29例,年龄18~66岁,平均43.8岁。病种:慢性肾炎30
In recent years, a large number of studies have been conducted on cGMP, confirming that cGMP has a relationship with the kidney. The administration of exogenous cGMP increased GFR, and the increase of GFR was closely related to the dose of cGMP. The change of cAMP / cGMP concentration in glomeruli regulates the glomerular capillary permeability. When cGMP / cAMP ratio increased glomerular filtration function enhanced. To this end, we investigated the level of cGMP in blood and urine in patients with chronic renal failure and its relationship with renal function and atrial natriuretic peptide in order to explore the changes of cGMP in renal pathology. Materials and Methods: Randomly selected 73 patients with chronic kidney disease hospitalized in the hospital from 1991.5 to 1992.2, including 8 cases of normal renal function, 65 cases of chronic renal failure, 44 males and 29 females, aged from 18 to 66 years with an average of 43.8 years old . Disease: chronic nephritis 30
