本研究对尿毒症血透析过程中血浆t-PA、PAI进行动态观察。结果表明:血液透析中t-PA活性明显降低,而PAI明显升高,至透析结束最明显。透析前t-PA与PAI活性分别与透析2小时、透析结束比较,以及透析2小时与透析结束比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)或非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示:血液透析使尿毒症思者纤溶系统受损,易于形成血栓。
This study of uremic hemodialysis during plasma t-PA, PAI dynamic observation. The results showed that t-PA activity in hemodialysis was significantly decreased, while PAI was significantly increased to the end of dialysis the most obvious. Pretreatment t-PA and PAI activity were significantly different (P <0.05) or very significant difference (P <0.01) compared with dialysis 2 hours, dialysis end, dialysis 2 hours and dialysis end ). Hint: hemodialysis makes urethritis think fibrinolytic system damage, easy to form thrombus.
