用薄锯片铣刀铣切工件是一道很不好加工的工序。工件的安装和校正稍有不对就很难保证工件的质量,而且容易打坏刀片。我们曾在万能铣床上用直径60公厘、厚0.8公厘的薄锯片铣刀按以下校正方法来加工轴承。1)把轴承套在轴胎上,并装在分度头顶尖与尾顶尖之间,然后进行校正,使分度头和轴胎跟工作台平行;2)摇动分度头手柄校正轴胎;3)校正工作台,使工件轴线对准铣刀。按照以上的校正方法加工轴承会产生以下的几种情况使工件报废。1)两个
