巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)结构特殊,不属于任何一个细胞因子超家族。MIF在许多实体肿瘤都分泌及表达,在肿瘤的增生、浸润、转移、凋亡抑制、血管形成和肿瘤周围炎性反应等均起着重要作用。子宫内膜癌的发生发展是一个多因素作用的结果。现就MIF在子宫内膜癌中与NF-κB的关系及在血管生成方面的作用进行综述。
Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) special structure, does not belong to any one cytokine superfamily. MIF is secreted and expressed in many solid tumors and plays an important role in tumor proliferation, invasion, metastasis, apoptosis inhibition, angiogenesis and inflammatory reaction around the tumor. The development of endometrial cancer is a multi-factor result. Now on the MIF in endometrial cancer and NF-κB and its role in angiogenesis are reviewed.
