采用气浮-磁分离技术工艺处理含油污水。考察了各工艺单元的影响因素如絮凝剂的投加量、搅拌强度、气浮时间、气浮压力、回流比、磁种投加量、磁场强度等对除油率的影响。并进行小型动态试验考察了强化气浮-磁分离工艺的除油效果。结果表明:气浮-磁分离工艺除油效果显著,进水平均含油量为29.5mg/L时,气浮单元出水含油量为8.5mg/L,除油率为71.1%,磁分离单元出水含油量为4.7mg/L,平均除油率为44.1%,总除油率为83.8%。
Using flotation - magnetic separation technology process oily wastewater. The effects of factors such as flocculant dosage, stirring intensity, flotation time, flotation pressure, reflux ratio, magnetic seed dosage and magnetic field strength on oil removal rate were investigated. A small dynamic test was conducted to examine the degreasing effect of the enhanced air-float-magnetic separation process. The results show that the flotation-magnetic separation process has significant degreasing effect. When the average influent oil content is 29.5mg / L, the effluent water content of air flotation unit is 8.5mg / L, the removal rate is 71.1% The amount of 4.7mg / L, the average removal rate of 44.1%, the total removal rate was 83.8%.
