缺血组织在再灌注期间会产生各种氧化产物,其中血栓素(TX)A_2、超氧阴离子基、过氧化氢和羟基被认为对组织危害较大。以往的实验已证明用TX合成的选择性抑制剂而提高PG/TX比值或用自由基清除剂可防止单侧肾切除后肾缺血45min再灌注引起的急性肾小管坏死。自由基与TX合成有密切关系,本文研究自由基清除剂是否可通过抑制TX合成而起到保护缺血肾脏的作用。
Ischemic tissue produces various oxidative products during reperfusion, with thromboxane (TX) A 2, superoxide anion, hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl groups considered to be more damaging to the tissue. Previous experiments have demonstrated that increasing the PG / TX ratio with a selective inhibitor of TX synthesis or using a radical scavenger prevents acute tubular necrosis caused by 45 min reperfusion after renal ischemia following unilateral nephrectomy. Free radicals and TX are closely related to the synthesis, the paper studies whether free radical scavengers TX synthesis can play a protective role in the protection of the kidneys.
