一、前言 随着断裂力学在工程中日益广泛的应用,需要为设计提供各种材料的疲劳裂纹扩展特性数据,而在这一过程中,许多因素都会引入变化和偏差,使得最终的结果偏离了材料的真实裂纹扩展特性。例如:试验条件之间的差异、环境介质、测量、以及不同的数据处理方法引起的误差等等。 本文着重于对目前常用的四种数据处理方法作一比较,探讨它们在不同的裂纹测量间隔Δa上的变异及其可靠性。使我们在实际应用中可根据不同的情况,选用最佳的方法。 二、数据处理方法概述
