长时间剧烈的网球运动后,虽然很尽兴,但也会感到不同程度的疲劳。怎样才能尽快地消除疲劳,恢复体力呢?这是网球爱好者普遍关心的问题。消除疲劳,恢复体力,预防运动伤害事故发生,有多种方法和手段,其中,整理(放松)活动是最廉价、最有效的一种。整理活动的目的是加速代谢产物的排除,及时放松肌肉,尽快消除疲劳,促进体力恢复。此外,通过整理活动,还可以提高肌肉质量,提高肌肉爆发力,防止肌肉劳损,延长运动寿命。对肌肉放松而言,最有效的牵伸方法有两类,一类叫静力牵伸练习,另一类叫PNF 练习。下面我们简要介绍一下这两种方法:
