On October 1, at the invitation of the Seventh National People’s Congress, Jin Renqing, the minister of finance of China, and Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the People’s Bank of China held an informal dialogue with the finance ministers and central bank governors of the Group of Seven in Washington, Macroeconomic policies and China’s macroeconomic situation and other major issues in the world economic development in an in-depth and honest exchange of views.
