本文提供一个任意大开洞大跨度 I 型铜梁工程实例。通过有限元分析与原梁实测,阐明在任意大开洞、孔洞率比较高的情况下,忽略剪切变形对挠度的影响会造成不安全设计;在支座附近开洞是不适宜的。采用“隔离体”计算模型,视翼板与腹板连接处剪应力为外荷,按弹性力学平面应力问题作分析是满足工程需要的。
This article provides an example of an arbitrary large-opening, large-span I-type Tongliang project. Through finite element analysis and actual measurement of the original beam, it is clarified that neglecting the influence of shear deformation on the deflection will result in unsafe design in the case of any large opening and hole rate, and it is not appropriate to open the hole near the bearing. Using the “separator” calculation model, the shear stress at the joint between the wing and the web is the external load. The analysis based on the elastic-mechanical plane stress problem is to meet the engineering needs.
