对认知天波超视距雷达进行了初探,首先介绍了天波超视距雷达和认知雷达的信号处理基本流程,引出认知天波超视距雷达的概念;然后聚焦目标检测重点分析了系统设计、环境感知、波形优化以及环境预测等几个方面的关键技术,并提出了相应的解决方案。文中工作对拓展天波雷达理论和提升雷达系统性能具有重要的理论价值和广阔的应用前景。
Firstly, the basic process of signal processing for sky-wave over-the-horizon radar and cognitive radar is introduced, and the concept of cognitive sky-wave over-the-horizon radar is introduced. Then focused on the target detection, the system design , Environmental perception, waveform optimization and environmental prediction, and several key technologies, and put forward the corresponding solutions. The work in this paper has important theoretical value and broad application prospects for expanding sky wave radar theory and improving radar system performance.
