小引这一份报告是我组查勘完结后在开封所写的,我们查勘组的基本组员栗宗嵩同志因为在中央水利部工作忙,没能到开封共同作总结,而这篇报告还急待发表,来不及征求栗同志同意,这是个缺点。报告内容虽然主要的是根据我们在绥远和宁夏两省查勘的总结和在北京所编拟的寜绥黄河水利工程初步计划来编定的,但内容恐还有不周之处,希望参加查勘工作的各位同志们多提意见,并请读者指正。一九五一、一、二。
The report cited in this article is written by me in Kaifeng after the conclusion of the survey.
