目的分析影响择期患者3日手术率的因素,以探讨提高择期患者3日手术率的措施。方法收集外科临床科室病例资料,统计3日手术率,分析提高3日手术率的措施。结果 3日手术率受检查结果、患者自身情况、手术日、突发事件及明确诊断时间等多方面的影响。结论 3日手术率受检查结果、患者自身情况、手术日、突发事件及明确诊断时间等多方面的影响。提高3日手术率措施有:加强医院内部管理,加强医护人员责任心,提高医疗水平,简化各项流程及操作步骤,尽快明确诊断,缩短术前患者检查时间;设置绿色通道;建立奖惩制度。
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the 3-day operative rate of elective patients and to explore the measures to improve the 3-day operative rate of elective patients. Methods Surgical data were collected from surgical departments, the 3-day operation rate was analyzed, and the measures to improve the 3-day operation rate were analyzed. Results The operative rate on the 3rd was affected by the examination results, the patient’s own condition, the operation day, the emergencies and the definite diagnosis time. Conclusion The operative rate on the 3rd is affected by the examination results, the patient’s own condition, the operation day, the emergencies and the definite diagnosis time. Measures to improve the operation rate on the 3rd are as follows: strengthening internal management of hospital, strengthening the responsibility of medical staff, improving medical treatment, simplifying the procedures and operation steps, making the diagnosis as quick as possible and shortening the examination time for preoperative patients; setting up green channel and establishing rewards and punishment system.
