一、引言 谷物子粒的表面特性即为它的摩擦特性,其中包括谷物子粒的最大静摩擦系数fj或最大静摩擦角φ_j、动摩擦系数f_d或动摩擦角φ_d、以及反映种子之间摩擦情况的自然休止角φ_h。该特性为谷物子粒物理机械特性之一,是谷物收获、清选、输送等机械的设计基础。水稻为我国主要粮食作物之一,近年来我国水稻作物机械发展较快,为此尽快的搞清我国水稻子粒的表面特性为水稻作物机械的设计提拱可靠的依据实为重要。本文着重就如何对水稻子粒动摩擦系数进行测定,水稻子粒的含水率,水稻品种、水稻子粒对不同滑板对动摩擦特性的影响进行研究,从而确定其应取值的范围。
I. INTRODUCTION The surface characteristics of cereal grains are its friction characteristics, including the maximum static friction coefficient fj or the maximum static friction angle φ_j, the dynamic friction coefficient f_d or the dynamic friction angle φ_d, and the natural angle of repose φ_h reflecting the friction between seeds . This feature is one of the physical and mechanical properties of grain grains and is the basis for design of machinery for grain harvesting, cleaning and conveying. Rice is one of the main food crops in China. In recent years, the development of rice crop machinery in our country has been developing rapidly. Therefore, it is important to clarify the surface characteristics of rice grains in China as soon as possible for the design of rice crop machinery. This article focuses on how to determine the dynamic friction coefficient of rice seeds, water content of rice grains, rice varieties, rice seeds on the different friction characteristics of the skateboard to determine the extent of its value should be.
