以叶用芥菜的子叶为外植体,对愈伤组织诱导和细胞悬浮培养的技术体系进行了研究.结果表明,愈伤组织诱导的最适培养基为MS+0.3mg/LNAA+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/L2,4-D,愈伤组织最佳增殖培养基为MS+3.0mg/L6-BA+1.0mg/L2,4-D.悬浮培养过程中细胞生长曲线呈S型,培养2~10d达对数生长期.将小细胞团接种于MS+1.0mg/LNAA+3.0mg/L6-BA分化培养基上,继代两次后,分化出芽,分化芽在培养基MS+0.1mg/LNAA上诱导生根,形成小植株.
