体育教学中有的项目对于身体能力和基本技术较差的学生来讲,是有一定危险性的,由此学生亦易产生恐惧心理。为了教学活动的顺利进行,可采取下列方法来予以抑制: 一.进行心理诱导。在教学过程中,教师可主动告诉学生:体育运动中有些项目具有危险性,但只要认真学习技术,与教师密切配合,加上教师的保护和采取的安全措施,危险是可以避免的。鼓励学生勇于克服困难,努力培养自己的勇敢品质。二、利用表率暗示。教师准确、优美、清晰、轻松、有节奏的示范,不但能使学生直接地感知
Some items in physical education are dangerous to students with poor physical ability and basic skills, and students are also prone to fear.
