本文阐述了用“缓冲模拟意念训练手段”,增强下肢小肌肉群的爆发力,减轻疲劳,增进“以摆促伸”的竞技能力,使短跑运动成绩得到稳步提高的实验及结果。一.实验对象与方法实验对象为佳木斯医学院82-83和85-86级女生,时间为1982年9月-1984年7月和1985年9月-1987年7月,取得了有效数据,人数为18人。 82级——83级,采用强化后蹬力量和以专项强度为主的常规训练为对照组;85级——86级,采用“缓冲模拟意念”方法训练为试验组。两组人数分别是7人和11人。
This article elaborates the experiment and result of using “cushioning simulated thinking training method” to enhance the explosive power of the lower extremity small muscle group, reduce the fatigue and enhance the athletic ability of “exaggerating and pushing”, so that the performance of sprinter can be steadily increased. I. Subjects and Methods The subjects were female students 82-83 and 85-86 in Jiamusi Medical School, from September 1982 to July 1984 and from September 1985 to July 1987, and obtained valid data, 18 people. Level 82 - Level 83, the use of strengthening the pedal strength and the special intensity-based routine training for the control group; 85 --86 level, using the “buffer concept of simulation” training for the experimental group. The two groups were 7 and 11 respectively.
